Most People Are Followers – Introduce Them To A Leader and They Will Thank You
If you stand in a Big crowd and try to get a message out to everyone, NOBODY will listen. Even if you shout out… you will get drowned out.
But when The Leader speaks… EVERYONE listens!
That’s why Steve and I got a hold of a Super Leader, Willie Jolley, to announce or message to the crowd. Now, they’re all Anxious To Hear Every Stinkin’ Word!
Willie’s the leader… the Crowd is HAPPY to follow him.
Just click on the Willie Jolley photo and and HEAR WHY everybody got so excited.
Then just listen to this great interview we had with author and life coach Willie Jolley this weekend on SiriusXM radio!

Maybe most people are followers, but inside everyone is a leader, they just need to know how to tap into it.

This is great, actionable information! I never thought of using someone else’s leverage to spread my message but now that you mention it, there’s a couple of people that I can think of that would be glad to do so.

Hi Theuns,
This idea – game deserves a great leader speaking for it!
Willie Jolley is a great speaker, I had the pleasure of hearing him talk live at a conference, very inspirational.
It is so suited to have him speak for your Gratitude Game.
This will be so exciting to see this Game spread through the world.
He seems to be really a true natural born leader. I’ve always wondered how these personalities can lead their audience. They could manipulate them as well, but a good leader always takes care of his/her followers.

Great post, Theuns! It seems like there are so many times when we ignore basic principles of leadership, but it really is amazing to see how people respond when they witness the real thing.

Theuns,
You are a good example of a leader. Your initiative has set in motion a movement that will reverberate around the world…
I agree that most people are followers, most of the time. Even those who are sometimes leaders are usually too busy in their daily “rat race” to do great things until someone with vision stimulates them with a cause.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” [Proverbs 29:18]

I agree with you that people like to listen to leaders more. We should become leaders also if we want to be heard

I asked on TSA FB group if you sought out any venture capital or angel investors. There are quite a few listed online that are always accepting applications.

Hi Theuns…
Leadership…such a critical element, but so often lacking within our business structures. A leader will stand up and get the ball rolling no matter what everyone else does. When you position yourself as a leader, others will naturally gravitate toward you and become followers. Exhibiting humble confidence is one of the core aspects that always attracts me to other leaders. Great post and thanks for your thoughts!
